These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of the Nexbridge Africa investment platform.
1. Platform Scope: Nexbridge Africa provides an investment platform connecting accredited investors with verified African commercial enterprises. Funds pledged are held in escrow or directly transferred subject to contract terms.
2. Investment Risk Acknowledgment: Investments in private African growth enterprises carry inherent commercial risk, including potential loss of principal, illiquidity, and delay in returns. Past performance is not a guarantee of future performance.
3. Non-Disclosure & Confidentiality: Users accessing deal data rooms agree to keep all commercial disclosures, pitch decks, and financial statements strictly confidential under our digital Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA).
4. Regulatory Compliance: All users must provide truthful identity and corporate documentation for KYC and KYB verification in accordance with regional financial regulations.
