Help & Support

Answers to common questions, and how to reach us if you need assistance.

How do I get verified to invest?

Open Verification in your investor portal and upload the requested identity documents. Our compliance team reviews them and you can invest once your status is approved. KYC is only required to commit funds — you can browse and express interest before then.

What does "held in escrow" mean?

When you commit funds, Nexbridge Africa holds the capital in escrow and only releases it to the business as independently verified milestones are met — so your money goes where it was promised.

Why do I need to sign an NDA?

Financial statements and the full report contain confidential business information. Signing a short, deal-specific NDA unlocks them. No KYC is required to sign an NDA.

I run a business — how do I raise capital?

Register your company from the business portal, complete the due-diligence review, then build a listing in the Deal Studio and submit it for review. Once approved it becomes visible to investors.

How does Nexbridge Africa charge fees / make money?

Nexbridge operates on a success-fee model, charging a 6% to 8% commission on successfully completed fundraising transactions upon capital disbursement. Browsing opportunities, creating an account, and evaluating due diligence data are completely free for investors.
