Nexbridge Africa is open to both individual accredited investors and institutional funds. Every investor must complete identity verification (KYC) before pledging capital.
How does Nexbridge Africa make money?
Nexbridge Africa operates on a transparent, success-aligned model. We charge a commission of 6% to 8% on successfully completed fundraising transactions upon capital disbursement. How are deals evaluated and vetted?
Deals undergo a 2-stage verification process: Admin review of commercial viability followed by Compliance Officer verification of corporate registration and governance.
